In this session, students will experience the yin yoga practice with deep hip-opening series. according to the yin yoga theory, there is lot of joint illness is because of the hip too tight and bloking the “prana/chi” in the body. This insight yin and yang flow offers yang – Heaven Series flow practice, which is more active muscular postures, and combined with Standing, Balancing and basic inversion poses, In this class, the combination of these practice fosters a calm and meditative state. In this session, participants will be able to understand how the Yin Yoga practise could bring healing to the body by working the meridians detox series of the body. By understanding the Meridian Theory, participants will be able to know and find the ease of movement and be release of all tensions and tightness of the body around the area of lower back, hips, neck and shoulder. We will target the 3 pair meridians of the upper body, means is the shoulder and arms.

The Power of Deep Relaxation Intention & Meditation

This class will explore a deep healing lunar practice through a special technique of Yoga Nidra, intention, meditation practice. This practice gives a deep release of psychic, mental, emotional and physical tensions and creates a doorway to experiencing deeper states of consciousness. The class will include some theory, lecture and a deep experience of relaxation and rejuvenation.
